Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Mr Dinesh Mahur, works on policy, legislation and critical minerals. He worked in various capacities in several organisations in India and abroad, including for the government, government undertakings, and government investment in private telecom (Nepal and Mauritius). Mr. Mahur also served in the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Department of Telecom, and Prasar Bharati.
